Welcome to Max Jenkins Music! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, studio facilities, and website. By booking an appointment, otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Appointments and Scheduling

  • All lessons, studio sessions, or consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day appointments are not available, and walk-ins are not accepted.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be forfeited without refund or credit.

3. Payments

  • Invoices will be sent before the day of the session unless prior arrangements have been agreed. Payments must be made a day after the session at the latest.

  • We accept credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.

4. Studio Use and Conduct

  • Clients are expected to treat the studio equipment and premises with respect.

  • Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be the client’s financial responsibility.

  • Max Jenkins Music reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the session with anyone engaging in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour.

5. Minors

  • Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form and may be required to have a guardian present during lessons or studio sessions.

6. Media and Recordings

  • We may occasionally photograph or record sessions for promotional or educational use. You will always be informed and can opt out.

  • Any material recorded or created in the studio remains the property of the respective creators unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

  • Max Jenkins Music is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property while on the premises.

  • Participation in lessons or studio sessions is at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Max Jenkins Music reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or on our website.
